FACS MS Band Teacher

Hello my name is Aria Heim! This will be my first year teaching in the GRACE school system and I look forward to making music with all the students that take band. I grew up in Green Bay, WI and earned my Bachelor’s in Music Education from St. Norbert College in 2011. I taught at Holy Rosary Catholic School in Kewaunee in 2012 and spent a year playing trombone in the United States Marine Corps Band in 2013.  Then I was hired at St. Ignatius Catholic School (formally known as Kaukauna Catholic School system) in 2014.  I feel blessed to be continuing my musical career at GRACE, I hear nothing but good things about all the students and teachers that attend.  I am looking forward to teaching my students and guiding them on their musical journey and sharing my love of music to everyone in my classroom. I hope that all my students will continue to make music and play their instruments long after they leave GRACE.

FACS MS Teacher

Hello, my name is Patrick McKeown, and I am thrilled to be teaching at Father Allouez school.  My family and I just moved from Milwaukee to Green Bay this summer and look forward to meeting new people and immersing ourselves in the Green Bay community.  This is my 10th year teaching middle school in Catholic education.  I am proud to be given the opportunity to share the faith and create a lifelong excitement and passion for learning.

I have three children, Paddy who will be in second grade at the St. Matthews campus, Marie who will be in the K-3 program at the St. Matthews campus, and Maximilian who is one and a half years old.  My first degree in college was a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture and Painting which I still enjoy doing when life allows. I look forward to learning and knowing what others enjoy too and getting to know the fabulous people of Green Bay.  It is a homecoming of sorts, since I was married at Resurrection church and my wife was raised in De Pere.  I am excited to get the year started and to all the adventures yet to come.
