Families, It’s time to think about busing for next year already. Please do NOT stress about today’s deadline, that was a miscommunication on our end. Here’s the info you need, there’s a lot to take in so if you have questions PLEASE do not hesitate to ask me! I have the information broken down into 2 sections: Home to School Riders and Shuttle Bus (Res>SM)

Qualifying Home to School Riders:
*Existing riders are all set! You do NOT have do a thing. Transportation already has the info they need for you and you should be contacted by them this summer.
*New riders must fill out the Enrollment form and provide proof of address. It must be submitted to the Department of Transportation at GBAPS by May 31st to have your student routed. If you are unsure if you qualify please see click on the link below. If you are still unsure please call the Department of Transportation at 920-448-2130, I find it helpful to just call.
*Existing riders with a change of address must fill out the Change of Address Form listed below.
Shuttle Bus Families:
*If you are already a rider on the shuttle bus from Res>SM you only need to fill out the Parent Paid Contract Request Form listed below, NOT the Enrollment form.
*If you are new to Transportation you will need to fill out the Parent Paid Contract Request and the Enrollment form along with proof of address. It can be any of the following and must be dated: Utility Bills (gas, water, electric), Lease, Mortgage statement, Rental agreement.

*If your address has changed, please fill out the address change form below and submit it to the office with proof of address. It can be any of the following and must be dated: Utility Bills (gas, water, electric), Lease, Mortgage statement, Rental agreement.
*Father Allouez Catholic School will be assisting families again this year. The cost for paid busing is $100 per family and FACS will pick up the rest. Once you have filled out the Parent Paid Contract Request you will receive a case number, please be sure to include it in the memo on your check. Your check needs to be in one of the school offices and made out to Green Bay Area Public Schools by May 31st to be eligible for this assistance.
