Supportive Consultant (St. Matthew Campus)

I have been a teacher in the Diocese for 40 years mainly in 5th -8th grade. My college studies were in elementary education and American and British Literature. I am an avid reader and especially love mysteries of all kinds. My husband and I live in Green Bay and we have an old "hobby" farm in Door County. We have 3 children and 3 grandchildren. I love teaching and I especially love being a supportive consultant. I can work with the same children every year and see the wonderful growth and learning throughout the years! One thing you might never guess about me is that I spent some of my teen years growing up in Chiang Mai and Bangkok, Thailand. As The Supportive Consultant at Resurrection, my role is to provide identified assistance to students that have academic, behavioral, or social needs determined by a GRACE Service Plan.  Along with teachers, parents, Student Services Director, and principal, I develop an individualized plan to assist students with needed modifications and accommodations both in the classroom and in small group and individual interventions.

I am also the  the Odyssey site coordinator, assisting staff and students to participate in this program.
